NIGEL DID NOT REGISTER FOR THE CAPTAIN'S BALL GAME.
And now, it's full. So we will be taking part in the surfing and running only.

Okay people. Our LaoDa(FS) have given the command to register for this event ourselves online. Payment by Credit Card. Those financially unstable and illegal for a credit card please approach LaoDa with Cash inexchange for his service to pay for you. Thank him also.

And Jiamin this girl wanna sign up for the Captain's Ball game. It's also part of Surf & Sweat. So now she's looking for players.

I believe most of you guys have received the mail from Leslie already. (Thankyou!) For those who have not, Surf and sweat is back.

Venue: Siloso Beach (Sentosa)

"A competition where participants surf for 400m on a surf board followed by a 4 km run.

The categories are as follows:
Institutional Challenge ( JCs/Polys/ITEs)

Hey all. Marcus left a note in our Lifeguard file. It's addressed to ALL lifeguards in the team.

• He will be back to compete for the team.
• Wants everyone to attend trainings.
• Treat training seriously.
