Surf & Sweat 2009

Venue: Siloso Beach (Sentosa)

"A competition where participants surf for 400m on a surf board followed by a 4 km run.

The categories are as follows:
Institutional Challenge ( JCs/Polys/ITEs)
Men’s Institutional ($13)
Women’s Institutional ($13)
Mixed Institutional ($20)

Closed Event ( NTU/NIE)
Men’s Closed ($13)

Open Event
Men’s Open ($15)

Men’s Doubles ($15)
Women’s Double ($15)
Mixed Open ($22)
Lovers Challenge ($22)

Men’s Double ( 1 male surf + 1 male run)
Women’s Double ( 1 female surf + 1 femlae run)
Mixed ( 1 male run/surf + 1 female run/surf)
Lovers’ Challenges (both male n female surf and run together)
